    the person that has spent money on my account is a guy called [Mod Removed] profile picture is a dog and has bought gurdians of the galaxy fortnite pack and gifted it to him self 1000 vbucks a starter pack for fortnite and a game called dying light and lastly a game called rust console edition on my account and my account has my bank details on it my account TheyLuvKZ and he has also typed in racial slurs in my account and sent them to himself and reported my account and now i am banned for 1 year i have refunded most of them but it would not allow me to refund dying light and the guardians of the galaxy pack i have changed my password on the account and removed all xboxs accept mine and im scared if he gets back in because when he logged into my account i did not give him me password so I think he is a hacker or knows a hacker he has also sent me a message saying "like thanos" and h has spent 200 of my in game currency and logged me out of my fortnite account and i can not get it back i am asking for an admin to look further into it and maybe give him a ban or a warn because what he has done has left me £100 poorer please an admin or mod do something now the account isn't mine its my sons and he has shown me proof that he hasnt done it because he didn't have his Xbox or any Microsoft related things so could you unban my son my wife has already appealed on www.xboxenforcment but we dont know if that's enough

    hahaha as i said i hav ent added anyone they added me, i didnt accept, couldnt delete him. I have paid recently for several name changes due to things like this happening. my fl is hidden.. this person wasnt a recent, freind or freind of a freind... fyi
    all i require is 1 name change as i have spend a hell of a lot of money on msp.. my account was hacked tonight.. so for you to say its fixable by me dont add random people i havent added anyone .... i have also deleted cache twice and re downloaded account
    like the support told me... xbox support heather said i should post on forum and request a name change.
