    this is to a moderator/xbox staff member: (regarding xbox avatar store/marketplace)

    instead of using a credit card as a payment option could i use an xbox gift card? say the gift card was $10.00. any time i bought an avatar prop the amount would be deducted from the $10.00, correct? once that amount is gone i'd get another gift card to
    replace it? how do i know how much is left on the gift card?

    Hello Richard, sorry to hear you're having trouble with your billing.

    To see what the amount was for you can log in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders to find the purchase. If you cannot find the purchase on any account then it may be that someone has gotten your billing information. If that's the case you should contact your bank/credit card company to dispute the charge.

    The problem is I got charged for Xbox subscription after I got locked out of my account by 3 days, (Microsoft ultimate/1month). How can they suspend my account and still keep my credit card active and deduct from my card.

    Currently paying for a subscription with money on an account is not an option. When you go to complete the subscription payment, the system will charge the credit card on file first.

    If you were paying for a game, the system will deduct the money from the account first before it charges the credit card on file if there is still money due (and the system will show how much is being charged/deducted from each payment option before the user completes the purchase.
