    A month ago i sent my xbox one x to repair and i still dont have it in my hands


    According to microsoft has been repaired and sent back but FedEx says this never came to microsoft repair center, i've been calling FedEx and they just tell me to call tomorrow, im pretty sure i got robbed, i live in Mexico and i know how my country works
    after all.

    Product shipped back to customer?

    I sent my xbox one to microsoft a couple weeks ago so they could repair it and last wednesday (July 1) the service center website said "product shipped to customer" but Fedex didn't have any tracking information. Now it is Monday (July 6) and they still
    dont have the tracking info. What's going on?

    Have you tried contacting Xbox Support and explain that you believe the Xbox has been gone missing in transit and request they contact FedEx to chase this and request they start a claim against them if required.

    Same happened to my xbox scorpio x day one i sent it to get repaired for that issue months later i have the same problems now my warranty is out and i have to pay $225 to repair it again what if they dont fix it again but yeah my xbox wont even stay on

    I dont use the insider program.

    I dont have most of the games anymore that have disappeared as i played them a long time ago.

    The issue is the same on my xbox one x.
