    olá, ainda nao tive esse problema... mais aqui tem alguns procedimento para se fazer, espero que ajude

    já tentou reiniciar todo o console, limpou cache da memoria, hd do console está com pouco espaço no armazenamento, tentou reinstalar novamente o game? (e em ultimo dos caso restaura ao ponto de fabrica o console nesse caso seria em ultimo caso esse.)

    Senhores poderiam me ajudar, quando faço a transferência de dados para o HD externo o tempo de espera é muito grande, estou baixando um jogo com 5.61 G a quatro dias e ainda restam 70% para terminar, isto é normal.
