    I got a message from Xbox on my old profile () with a £5 voucher, I went to redeem the code and because It was on a old account I backed out of the store and logged on to my new account. Then when I went back to my messages on the old account
    it was gone.

    I have done a pre order fifa 16 and after that i got a message with ea access code for 1 month from you but the message with code was deleted itself and i didn't use this code yet. What should i do? Sorry for my English

    sorry MS is not responsible for deleted codes from messages. they will not resend the code, if it was sent to the console as a message and you deleted that, I would have suggested seeing if it was emailed to you. but if you deleted the email itself then
    you lost out on that code, better be careful next time so this does not happen again.

    Forum support agents are not able to resend you the code and the message should not have disappeared unless you deleted it. It can only have been deleted from the console itself. A message from the user "LIVE" cannot be deleted from Xbox.com.
