Xbox enforcement team, I was sent a message about being suspended from communications on XBox Live for 1 week. I was only in a pre-game lobby for Black Ops II when someone was swearing very loudly. snowythecatt09 please restore privileges I didn't swear
or do anything. Please restore privileges I was only in the pre-game lobby and someone else was swearing. If you want his gamertag I will give it.

But it was not me. Please restore snowythecatt09 communication privileges. Respectfully, snowythecatt09

2 communication bans in 5 minutes

Last night i was playing Forza as usual, when suddenly i was disconnected from xbox live, when i reconnected, i had been suspended from communications for one day, and had received a message from xbox live saying so, but i then received another message
from xbox live banning me for 1 week. What's wrong here? Is this normal? Any help would be appreciated!

Communication Suspended

My account was suspended for communications xbox sent me 3 messages inline first one was for 1day second one was for 1 week and the third kne was fir 2 weeks there is no record of my account being suspended when i called xbox my gamertag is UrMomz1Nyter
and my Xbox RS # is 1191174741

You'll have to sign in from a different Microsoft account and pick an option in support that will allow you to request a call. They initially told me they couldn't tell why I was suspended then after a few hours they said I was permanently suspended for harassing other players through written or verbal communications on Xbox Live. I don't have a problem with punishment but being permanently suspended after only receiving communication bans is wild. I could've learned my lesson with a 1 or 2 week suspension from Xbox live easy.

It says you will be notified by email, and by message when you connect to your profile again.

Also states that the suspension will be lifted at approx the same time frame that you were suspended. (Example: Suspended at 8am, you would then become un-suspended at 8am on a future date)

I believe communication suspensions time frames depend on the severity and on how many times you have received a suspension. Seeing as your original message shows enforcement on 8/10/14 & 4/6/16. It could be a week.

Dont quote me on this, but I believe the scheduling for suspensions was.

-First TIme Offense: 1 Day.

-Second Time Offense: 1 Week.

-Third Time Offense: 1 Month / Ban

It also states that Xbox Live Support will be unable to remove the suspension until its lifted date.

What is happening to make you think that you are suspended? Is it for all games? Is it a communication suspension? What makes you think that you are suspended if you have never recieved a message about being suspended?

I think the op is on about the free 1 month you get as compensation for cloud storage being down a few weeks ago.

I believe they are still being sent out so you'll just need to wait a little longer.It will get sent to your console as a message from xbox live.
