A lot of issues with my xbox 360's online features

Roll back and reinstall system updates. To do this:

I do not have knowledge of my console being modified, it's still region locked and it doesn't appear to have any unusual additions

I connected my phone's hotspot to the console and it had no errors

i rolled back and reinstalled system updates and nothing has changed

i restarted my network hardware & xbox 360 and there have been no observed changes

(i did these things in the order shown above)

another thing to mention is that i still get achievements from games, so i'm not completely disconnected from xbox live, just unable to do a lot of things

also the dashboard looks normal when nobody has logged in

I can't remember them saying if the online features for games will still work? So for example, could I play Mass Effect 3's coop mode on the Xbox One?

If so, I guess they've answered the question about retiring the 360, if we can continue to use a lot of the games and their online features as well as any DLC then who needs the 360 really?
