A little complaint regarding language support on Console.

Hi. I have a little complaint regarding language support. I was guided here and to the feedback website (where I've already posted about this) by support.

Now, after a little search I've made, I discovered that out of all the supported Xbox Live regions, the only ones without their native language supported on the console are: Greece, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. According to wikipedia, Czech is spoken
by over than 10 million people, and Greek and Hungarian by 13 million people. I am concerned and feel discriminated as a consumer on those regions because these languages are the only ones unsupported. Now, before you say that translations need to be made
and stuff, I would like to inform you that Xbox website, Xbox App, and Windows 10 gaming stuff (related to Xbox) are already translated on those languages. The translations have already been made and Microsoft is choosing not to implement them on console.
Instead, they implement Hebrew and Arabic which I have no problem with, but they are way harder in terms of programming due to being written right to left. It is not understandable from a consumer point of view, that already translated content is not available
on our consoles. I surely understand 100% that Xbox One may not sell that much on those regions, but still, this doesn't explain why ALREADY translated content is blocked from console.

Except that, I would like to remind Xbox Support that on those exact same regions, we were suffering by serious social Xbox Live issues, we were not able to see game clips, game hubs and screenshots for more than 1 year before support sorted it out. I say
that to explain my feelings as an Xbox fan, because I feel "abandoned" by Microsoft (not exactly abandoned but I feel that they care less about those regions). We didn't ask for service support like Music, Video or Rewards, which I understand is harder to
be achieved, I think that language support is something fair and simple.

You shouldn't mention gamertags in xbox support forums that is against the service rules. To avoid future confrontations just block this user from your console and file a complaint regarding this situation.

Regardless of what you've found "According to wikipedia" and "would like to remind Xbox Support" this is something that may or may not be addressed in the future.

Xbox Support is just that, they support the Xbox console and the accounts and features as they are. They are not engineers or have access to the code or the people who design or make the changes.

- Xbox and PC are different platforms. Just because features are there on PC does not mean those features will carry across onto the Xbox

Your best bet is the Uservoice website and to get more people to vote on that. You made claims of 10 to 13 to 37 million people speaking the language you want on the Xbox. So it sounds like you could easily get enough Up Votes on that Uservoice site to get
that feature added.

And just an FYI - the support here is from other users, not Xbox Support.

I only used the word "remind Xbox Support" to refer to issues that existed for 6+ months to those regions so your irony doesn't make sense.

If you have any info more accurate than Wikipedia's feel free to let me know. I will gladly use that instead.

Also, since you insist on getting more votes in uservoice, can you send me a link with how many votes did Hebrew have? Because Czech language has 1100 votes and I didn't find any post for Hebrew.

A look at the Xbox App, and even the error messages that we get on PC when playing Xbox Games will reveal that while Xbox and PC are different systems they use the same messages. Even the error messages are the same and the Xbox App is basically a mini dashboard
with the same functionality as on consoles.

- posting here does not reach Xbox Support, there's no one here from Xbox Support to "remind" since they were never here. These are forums by and for Xbox Users

- Xbox Support can only support the product in its current state, they have no path to change or re-engineer or add features

- You're welcome to use whatever numbers you want. It doesn't have an impact here on the forums.

- I'm not insisting. It's not up to me nor anyone else here on the forums. I'm trying to provide you a location where your voice will have an impact.

- The Xbox Forums are users helping other users.

- You are specifically asking for a feature to be added to the Xbox and right on the front page of the Uservoice website it states this (note: the forums page does not say this)

I'm sorry, this is not Xbox Support.

Actual Xbox Support is available through phone or chat and not in the forums. And Xbox Support has nothing to do with feature requests.

As far as the numbers of who uses what language? You're missing the point. The point you want is to have a feature added.

I don't have a quote for Hebrew.
