    Hello, I have a problem when I switch from my one S console to my X series in the game the hunter call of the wild, I start a map and go to my animal waterers, there are none and when I return to my one S my animals are There I would like to know what I can do since I cannot play my favorite game on my X series due to this problem.

    That’s really odd
    I can suggest you some things, but if the issue persist the best option is report this bug to the developer

    A. Reinstall the game on both consoles

    B. Do a power cycle on your consoles
    1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
    Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
    3. Plug the console power cable back in.
    4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

    C. Do a factory reset for your consoles but keeping games and apps
    For this go to settings > system > console info > reset and then select keep my games and apps

    **Make sure to know the email and password for the accounts registered in your console

    I open the game from the beginning, but when I enter and wait for a while there is nothing sometimes I even restart the game

    Hi, when you open the game in your Series X. The game starts from the quick resume / the quick resume feature is used?
    Or did you open the game from the start?

    Well, I uninstalled the game as you recommended and now animals do appear but all the areas that I had on my map were deleted and I would have to search for them from 0
