    A gift gone wrong?


    I recently got the new wireless Microsoft headset given to me as a gift. It worked great for a week and now I can’t turn it on after I’ve left it charging for a whole day. When I try to turn it on plugged in it just makes a noise and shuts off. I’ve tried the hard reset idea but it hasn’t seemed to fix it. Anyone else have this happen?
