    A general question

    You want to go to My Account, click Subscriptions, click on Xbox LIVE, look for where it says your Auto Renewal is on, and click "Change". Just follow the steps to turn it off and it will provide you with the expiration date. Just remember that you may
    still have one last charge pending, which can happen if your billing date happens later in your membership cycle.

    Sorry for any issues you are having due to the Service alert. Looks like the service alert is
    coming toan end. Please
    power cycleyour console and see if it is back to normal when
    it comes up.Clear the alt mac by going to settings>network>network settings>adv. Settings> alt mac clear and restart.

    Youtube problems in general...

    The new Youtube App update you recently released sucks! Not sure if it is you or Google but you guys need to fix this! None of the videos play or if they play, they play too fast without sound or crash shortly after starting. Was perfect before. Please
    fix this soon as I enjoy watching my subscriptions on my XBox 360 instead of at my PC or on my phone and tablet.

    I have done both in the Post, i have posted the issue most people get with Youtube and i have also solved it.

    The solution being DON'T WORRY, IT WILL FIX ITSELF OVER TIME.
