a game update ordered 3 times by my grandson

My grandson swears every dang day the games need updating so I wont out screen time on. He is killing me.

There are three different subscriptions.

1. Gold- This would allow your Grandson to play online multiplayer games and chat with his friends online.

2. Game Pass- This is like Netflix for gaming their are certain games that are on a list that will allow your grandson to download and play these games as long as he has an active subscription and as long as they are still on the list. This list is updated
periodically where some games are added and some are taken off of the list. Not all games that are available for the console are in this list.

3. Ultimate game pass- This subscription is a combination of the two subscriptions above.

All of these subscriptions are optional and are not required for your grandson to play on the system they each have their own thing that they do.

It is worrying though, I recieved a friend request, and message at 1am from a boy who said he was 10 and looking for new friends. I was playing battlefield 3 at the time. I would be worried if my Grandson was talking to adults in a game in the early hours.Not
because the game is violent, because the behaviour of other people at that time of day may well be innapropriate.

I'm having a similar issue!! They do not respond by chat, by phone, nor by email. My kinects, still under warrantee, has broken down for the second time in the 4 months since we purchased the new xboxone for our grandson. Put in the service order request
about 3 weeks ago. The support just shows "Order in Progress" but no email confirmation with shipping instructions!! They don't answer or return my calls, they don't answer chat requests, nor emails!! I guess once they get your money they don't care. They
rank at the top for crappy service.
