a game (OggaBogga.exe) only runs in the background

when i open the file, the little spinning thing next to the cursor spins, but nothing happens. i checked task manager and it was just running in the background with the name 'OggaBogga (32 bit)'. it's a vr game.

The space for background apps is extremely finite, it should only run one. Dolby is not an app that runs in the background it's part of the operating system and the app acts as a key for activating it.

No, the game should not stop loading. However, I have experienced this when I left the app running in the background and didn't actually close it. Are you minimizing the game or leaving it to run in the background?

have you tried using skype? Xbox's connection in general is sketchy for me and my friends, we cant even access party chat. so we use skype and have it run in the background (its the only app that properly runs in the background too).

Didnt I read somewhere on a blog site that shall remain nameless that BF4 is so taxing on a system it brings the console almost it's max potential but yet.. only ONE console can run that game.. AND SIMULTANEOUSLY run Skype at the same time WHILE downloading
an update for another game WITH another app currently running in the background... while the other can only run the game...
