A few questions about the program before I set my console up for Insider.

Sorry for the issue with your console. Are you enrolled in the insider program at all? Personally, know of the last few updates causing a lot of different issues from the insider program. As I have consoles in the program. Best thing to do for these is go
to the reddit page mentioned by Amber as these updates are not tested at all before released to the insider program. Again we apologize for the console needing a repair when being just a few weeks old.

As you have got the repair set up, I will go ahead and lock this thread due to it being resolved by a repair.

Is your console enrolled in the Xbox Insider Program or are you on the "official" build channel for your console updates?

There is/was a known issue where the console wouldn't capture properly, or only a few seconds instead of your set recording interval.

If you are enrolled in the Insider Program, send feedback about your capturing issue.

Go into the Insider Hub app and side scroll to the settings section, then Manage Devices, and de-authorize the console from the program. Keep in mind, this will remove you from the program and also remove all Insider updates. As such, your console can
auto default back to its original settings which is the same thing as doing a complete factory reset. You will need to re-install your account and all digital content onto the console once you boot it back up. When I left, it took a few days before the console
reverted itself back to factory defaults. Good luck!

My console doesn't appear there but states it's in the program. I didn't use my account to add it. Is that why?
