A few of my games won't load

Hi I got back online in August 2023 and a few of my games have a weird symbol on the bottom right corner. It's a triangle with an explanation point inside. I tried loading the game an says that I don't own them I had final fantasy game that were on game pass, but games that I downloaded from the disc's also had that symbol including games that I bought with my own money. I Uninstaller two that I bought and now they want me to buy them again. Please help.

In this case then I recommend trying to reset the console to factory settings, then try logging in again and see if the problem persists:

Remember: Resetting your console to factory settings will erase all accounts, saved games, settings, and associations from Xbox Home. Anything not synced to the Xbox network will be lost.

I've had my game freeze in the loading screen a few times forcing me to turn my console off and it won't even let me do that at times either.

My game won't load at all. It goes straight to a black screen and just sits there. I've downloaded a few updates but i'm thinking that is the problem. Does anyone have a similar issue or a fix?

I have this problem with a few games, but BF4 is the worst for it. Sometimes it won't even load at all, it takes 2 or 3 times to launch and even then it could still crash on the loading screen and I have to restart the game again.
