A few issues regarding my Rewards status for 2017

Hello,

My name is Ali, Gamertag:

I have been a loyal Gold member for 7+ years now, and almost 5 years in the Rewards program.

So before ending 2016 (not the best year for everyone I believe), I checked that there is the filling poll where it shows what your next MyVIP Rank will be for the next year, and I was just a few dollars close to having 2 stars. I was waiting for Resident
Evil VII anyway so I thought why not pre-order it now and gain that extra star, so I did. The issue is that it didn't count towards that poll and I'm still stuck in the 1-Star status which disappoints me, so I would like someone to recheck on that for me please
and fix it, and by doing that please also check if there is any other unregistered purchases.

My second issue would be that this purchase of Resident Evil VII also did not count towards the Pre-Order Punchcard section, I would also like that checked please.

So it seems that in general some things are not being registered for or correctly counted for in the Rewards section, so I would really appreciate it if someone could make a quick scan through my Rewards section and let me know ASAP what's the issue and
what is making those issues occur.

Cannot do anything with one friend

Is this happening recently? If yes check your xbox live status because for a few days there has been a Xbox Live service alert regarding multiplayer issues.

 

Xbox LIVE Rewards now available in New Zealand

Signed up a week or so ago but nothing from Xbox Live regarding my Rewards account status :/

 

Preorders do not count towards VIP.

Since you preordered Resident Evil before January 1, it would have counted towards the previous punchcard that ended on December 31. If that counted as one of your 3 punches for that punchcard, you should receive the credits in the next few days. Since that
game released after that offer ended, the credits would not go out until after the games release a few days ago.

What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons,
themes and avatar items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

Since your purchase was a pre-order, it did not increase MyVIP progress.

Furthermore, purchases for offers are only eligible if made during the offer period, in almost all cases. Since your purchase of Resident Evil was made in December, it was not eligible for the current Games on Demand, which started in January. However, that
game was also on the previous Games on Demand punchcard, and should award a punch in the next few days.
