    hello here me out I know Xbox and Microsoft can't do nothing about account suspensions but I have legitimately got suspended for no reason here is the reason why. I was playing my game peacefully when I found out my back round colour was changing and my bio I was suspicious of what was going on I checked my account history and found an IP Address that wasn't mine it was from America I don't live in United States I live in United Kingdom so next I started to notice a few things 1. My Grand Theft Auto Character have been deleted 2. He removed all my friends off my list and 3. he was on my account sending messages to his account so he could report them and now I got like 5 Active Xbox suspensions on my account Three 3 day ones and One 14 day one which literally came today from no where I literally filed a case review to Xbox Enforcement Team but it turns out you cannot contact them no matter what not even through via case review as I did try myself but it turned out to be a stupid automated system that send you the same messages over and over again I made 3 or 4 cases with the same messages they sent me. my account been breached twice recently and FYI there is actual evidence on my account. all im asking is please investigate my account i actually have a serious case there has been a breach on my account and again today i just got another suspension for no reason i wasn't even on my Xbox i was even asleep.

    Hope you're doing great today mate

    First of all, could be great review your account security options, if someone else used your account y without your knowledge the best thing to do is change the password to a stronger one and enable two steps authentication, if possible set up Microsoft autheticator
    In that way the issue is not going to happen again

    About the suspension, sadly enforcement page is the only way to submit a case review, sometimes is not possible, sometimes it is.
    Response from enforcement team is not instant

    But in the worst case you may need to wait until your ban gets lifted, in this community forum no one can review nor someone from enforcement team is going to reply.
    Due to the ones that sometimes reply are regular Microsoft support , and they can't access, discuss or view enforcement details

    We don't know what else did the unknown person on your account.
    Sometimes enforcement action are not taken as soon as the infraction was made, so I think that can be the reason about the new suspension :c

    Sorry for not help you with this one, at the moment enforcement page is the only place

    Try submitting only a new case review, don't submit more than one, the automatic response sometimes is just to let you know that you submitted the case.
    Let's try waiting for a response
    If finally it didn't arrive you may need to wait :c

    Just as a reminder, at the moment increase your account security to avoid similar headaches in the future

    but this suspension is FALSE and they gave me another one for no reason today i wasn't even on my account or the Xbox :( I am honest....... i tried contacting Enforcement team via case review but they just say the same thing over and over again I'm innocent i did not do these things

    The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a

    Case Review
    . 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember
    that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Service has happened.

    One of the common myths is that people who report another user for no reason will see that person suspended. This is not the case and in fact is subject to action as well for false reports which you can find more information about Enforcement Myths HERE.

    If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps

    , however sometimes you're asked to complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the

    Code of Conduct
    , which you should review prior to filing the review. If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.
