A download problem for help

Nevermind, I finally got it to download. No idea what I did to make it work though.

Problem downloading old GWG title... Help?

Hey guys, I picked up Gears of War: Judgement while it was free a few weeks ago. At the time, I had my 360 upstairs and since I never actually played anything upstairs (Old, shitty television) I just cancelled the download.

I brought my 360 downstairs yesterday, and I tried to download Judgement but every time, it says its unable to download, for some reason. Its in my download history, when I find it in the store it says to download it again, and its the same Xbox that I started downloading it on originally, so I know I have the rights for it on the console itself.

Ive tried deleting the file itself off the hard-drive, I have tried to give the 360 a hard reset. Im going to try to clear the cache in a few minutes, but I doubt that will work. Im at a loss for why it is acting this way.

Any ideas on how to fix this from the Xbox Lobby? Also, note that I did just buy and download Assassins Creed: Rogue last night with absolutely no problems. Only took about 30 minutes. Ive never had this problem before, so I dont know how to fix it, lol.

1-What was the exact error code you saw?

2-Go to your Download History and re-download the content from there.

We'd love to help get you playing these games soon. Do you see any corrupt or incomplete downloads on your storage device for these games? The corrupt files have yellow exclamation marks. Let's delete those files,

clear cache & redownload the games. Any change?

If that doesn't work, do you have a USB device handy? Can we try turning off the console,

removing the hard drive & then turning it back on to try downloading to a
USB flash drive? What happens?

Are you being disconnected from Xbox Live when this happens? Do other downloads work properly?

This is happening to many people worldwide right now, unfortunately. I'm sorry you're experiencing this. This is a very common problem right now and it's a lot to do with services being overwhelmed at the moment. Due to worldly events, and many more people
being home right now than usual, and trying to play Xbox at the same time, the servers and services simply were not meant to handle this large of numbers at once. YouTube and Netflix and many other applications have also been overwhelmed in the past couple
of weeks and have had issues, and have had to lower bandwidth to try to keep services running. Please understand that this is the issue, and they are trying to work on it, but are struggling to keep up with demand. All Xbox services are overwhelmed right now
and this is a known issue with games not working, servers being down, downloads not completing, etc. Everything is affected. They have said they are trying to fix the issues and keep services running during these times, but just know that it is issues on Xbox's
end, it's not your Xbox. It's affecting everyone. Keep trying, that's all we can really do. If it does not work, you might simply have to wait this out a little longer and once work places and schools etc are open again, and lockdowns are lifted worldwide,
services will feel the relief and all systems will run normally again.

What the hey! OK, first things first. Please head into your system memory, select that DLC and delete it. Then

clear your console cache, restart the system, and go redownload it through the Download History.

Does it show up in game now?
