A DLC that I bought with a bundle for a game won't download

I bought the bundle/gold pass edition of Resident Evil Biohazard a couple of days ago, and the game and 3 of the 4 DLCs and the game itself has downloaded, though one DLC will not download. I was having an issue with the same game and bundle and need help on how to fix it and download the DLC.

I don't own an Xbox console, but I'll try downloading it from the Microsoft store and see what happens. I just ran into the same error message that I was getting and the code is 0x8024001d. Thank you for the help!

May I know if you're getting a error message when you try to download it?
Which is the DLC name?

I lost what the error code was, but I believe that it started with 0802, and the DLC now says that it is queued, though I have nothing else downloading right now. The DLC is Banned Footage Vol.1 for Resident Evil Biohazard.

It's not a problem! I tried this and it may be because it automatically re-signed me into the windows store, but it didn't work. It also didn't automatically open when I put WSReset.exe into the Run window it didn't open the Microsoft store.

Mate, in that case try this on your PC:

Open Settings, click Update and Security and then Windows Update;

Click Check for Updates;

Click the Download and Install Now option, if available (install optional updates too)

Also, check the Microsoft Store for any updates on the Xbox apps and its services.

Then try this:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for gaming services app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then reset.

Then do the same for the Xbox app:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for Xbox app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then reset

Finally sign out from your Microsoft account from Xbox app and Microsoft Store and do this:

Step 1: Open the Run window by pressing Windows + R key.

Step 2: Input WSReset.exe in the Run window and click OK.

Step 3: Then a command prompt window will appear. After a few seconds, Windows Store will open.

Sign in again in both apps and try downloading the DLC
