    Hello xbox

    In december I purchase Rainbow. I understood there would be two codes with it for rainbow vegas. Due my time in bootcamp for the dutch military I missed that message. And I wonder if there is any way to retrieve that message or get a new code. I hope for
    a quick response thank you.

    Missing messages

    why are my messages missing? I had a message with the ea access code for pre ordering fifa 16 I've just gone to retrieve the code but the message is no longer there wtf?

    I no I didn't delete it so does the xbox one delete messages without warning?

    you don't have to input the code. On the bottom of the message there should be a button to redeem code.

    To clarify, which codes are you referring to? Are you referring to the Gears of War collection that includes Gears of War 1, 2, 3 and Gears of War: Judgement?

    As far as I'm aware, once a message has been deleted, it cannot be recovered.

    My advice would be to write down (or redeem) any codes that are sent to you as soon as possible to ensure that you don't lose out.

    It is possible that Xbox Support might be able to track the codes down for you - they will reply here for you in the next couple of working days.
