    On the xbox website, it says that for a limited time, the price for 3 months of gamepass is 1$ and then afterwards, it will go back to the normal price. So i payed for it and instead of being charged 1$, i was charged the normal price. This is important
    because i needed those few dollars and only signed up cause of the limited offer of a 1$ charge. If this issue cannot be resolved today, i will have to refund my purchase. Could someone help?

    Has you previously had Game Pass Ultimate? The promotion is only for new subscribers. If you've already had a subscription, you would not be eligible for the promotional price.

    I bought my game pass subscription on amazon and redeemed it on microsoft but when i get on the game it says i havent redeemed my subscription and when i check my order history it says i havent redeemed it but when i reput the code in it says redeemed

    My card was charged and on microsoft it says it wasn't charged

    It said it was paid for tho with my card on the billing orders and I don't have a past charge for gamepass before April 11th because I used a code for this gamepass.

    Beware the Game Pass Scam.

    I've checked the deal and I can see it is for GamePass Ultimate.

    Are you sure they took the $14.99 straight away? this should only be charged after the 3rd month.
