    Two since ita a console ban xbox enforcement cannot do anything period

    If you have an issue take it up with the seller

    Or a lawyer he will change his tune

    Buying anything used or not authorized in a country carries risks

    https://enforcement.xbox.com are the only folks that can answer the question of what is happening here.

    No one in support nor these forums have any information related to bans unfortunately.

    It maybe just a few people who have had their consoles modified or cheating somehow. I would go to the enforcement website as to check why.
