    hello.

    on febuary 28th I got a 12 month Xbox game pass code from the FREEdom play-a-thon. when I went to add it to my account the day I go it. it said it was already redeemed can I get some help

    Need help redeeming my xbox live code

    I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

    so what the... what do I do now?

    Today I redeemed a 48 hours code found in Gears of War: the Ultimate Edition but it doesn't work. I can't play online :C I tried to use the code again but it says i already redeemed it! Help

    So when I scanned the QR code, it worked then it says that this promo code can not be redeem with this account

    When i tried to redeem it, it worked for about a minute then it says this promo code can't be used on this account. And to be honest, I didnt redeem it and i tried again and it says this promo code has already been redeemed. I Really Need Help With This!!

    I am assuming you are referring to the date/time the code is redeemed?

    When you tried to redeem a code that has been used, you will see an error message; On the bottom right hand corner, there should be a timestamp that indicated when the code was redeemed.

    Have you tried using a Scan QR Code app on a mobile device to redeem the code with QR code? Also, my code is only 20 digits and I was able to claim it. Double check the code for typos when entering it in the Redeem page.
