I may be wrong, but as I understand it that is the second half of season 3. However, you can also find the previous episodes/seasons by going to the overview tab and scrolling to "other seasons" on any page for the series.

I'm asking if season 2 is going to be like season one and have all 24 in one box instead of part 1 and part 2with 13 each

Season 2 can be found on the microsoft store
here and
here (first 12 episodes and second 12 episodes, respectively). Season 3 is also available for purchase in a similar manner, and can be found other "other seasons" on the same pages in the overview tab
