A button randomly quits working on dashboard (Xbox One X)

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

For us to isolate the issue further if it’s a console problem is there a way for you to use a different controller?

Press the Xbox button (the large X), not hold it down, and it will take you back to the dashboard. From there, if you highlight the game and press the menu button on the control (the 3 lines), you'll have the option to Quit the game.

I should add another thing- randomly dashboarding quitting whatever game I'm playing.

Once you hit the XBox button to return to the dashboard, select the menu button (The one with the 3 lines), and scroll down to Quit. That will quit the game, or whatever you want to quit (DVD player, YouTube, game, etc). The more you have 'open' the more
sluggish your XB1 will become.

to install a game to your xbox 360, press the x button on the dashboard and choose install then wait (usually 5 - 10 mins). hopefully this will work
