    A button not working on Home screen/Guide


    Just started happening a few days ago, randomly my A button won't do anything, works in apps and in games but won't work on the Home screen or the guide (friends list, party, etc.). On screen when I press A it even shows it's being pressed, but nothing happens.

    Anytime I reset my console it fixes it but only for awhile, this has happened maybe 4 times now in the past 2-3 days.

    I'm having a similar issue. At first they wouldn't connect to the xbox one. I was able to get them to connect via the sync buttons on the console and the controllers. Once on and working, everything seems fine until you press the guide button. That still
    doesn't work. I tried updating the controllers, but it had no effect. The only thing out of the ordinary was that immediately before this started happening, I tried streaming to my laptop.

    Could you clarify what doesn't work means? As in what is the expectation, and what were you doing at the time you noticed it doesn't work?

    I used my controllers mostly for pc and it worked fine before, but for some reason after I had to reinstall everything it stopped working. I tried on another pc but it still has the same problem.
