    I get the same issue on a few other games, do you happen to be part of the xbox insider program? Mine will sometimes make a large sound reminiscent of an old scanner.

    thats a bug in februery sys updates that makes some xbla kinect games unplayables, but theres a workaround until microsoft fix the bug, configure a kinect id and open session using it... after that the game will work offline

    The game has been experiencing issues with the serves for a large part if the day and u have seen some bugs appear but that does sound very strange, the safest way to make sure the account is delt with properly is by raising a ticket with rockstar support
