    A billing oversight, need advice.


    So, when THOR:The Dark World was only 99p on Xbox Video, i rented it and at the time i thought the card i was being charged on would be charged at the time of purchase(Yes, silly me i didn't read that i would be charged 48hrs later) so about an hour ago
    i receive an email from MS telling me that my card was declined(today i used up all my money on the card) and my account would be suspended for this, now i am a pretty loyal MS guy and i wanna resolve this ASAP but my card won't be getting money on it anytime
    soon, so i want to pay with another payment method, but i have no idea how. Can anyone help me? i would contact MS directly but this site is a bit naff at times :/ and i sure as hell am not being suspended because of a 99p oversight -_-

    You could save yourself £5 and just preorder from GAME, or you could save youself even more and preorder from Amazon...................just a thought

    Unfortunately this is known aa brigading and is pretty fround upon amongst the gaming community.

    My advice would be to just bite your time and when you're back to gaming, to use the mute/block/ban/kick features as-and-when possible, and I'm sure others will do to without needing your oversight.

    Once you mute or block them, very little of what they say or do will matter to you.
