    I am having the same issue. I entered the code on the xbox.com site and it is not in my queue to download on my machine. I have looked through the "My Gmes and Apps" section and it is not there.

    You can enter the code in either at this link

    account.xbox.com/.../RedeemCode

    Or on the Xbox One console by going to the Games Store and scroll right until you see an option to enter the code.

    If you use the website and have your console set to Instant On the download should begin immediately.
