If you have not shared your bank account details with anyone close then you sgould contact your financial entity for a potential fraud case

I pre-ordered got charged 99.99 then a day later went to play the campaign got charged a 2nd 99.99.

Will Microsoft refund me the cash

This was charged to my bank card ending in #4678

That is $399.92. I need refunded, Also , if there is a subscription it needs to be cancelled. This needs to be done ASAP because my card has been hacked and I need to get a new one.
