    9-days no Fallout 3 code.


    I have talked to Xbox support and they said look in a gears of war 3 thread to get the code re-sent. why Microsoft? why is there always an issue with promotions. I need to just stop buying digital and get games from a store that keeps its promises or go
    for the PS4. There is no reason this should happen. please send us the code that you promised us.

    Firstly, let me just say that the Xbox Forums Support team are working their way through the forum posts, and you should expect a response within 2-3 working days to this thread. Please see below for more information in the mean time.

    Secondly, please make sure you have reviewed the terms and conditions of this offer at the very bottom of this page: www.xbox.com/en-GB/games/fallout-4 to make sure that you are eligible to receive a code for Fallout 4.

    Please also note that it can take up to 10 calendar days for the code to be sent to you via Xbox Live message.

    Thirdly, it is possible that the message was sent to you but has since expired since all Xbox Live messages expire after 28 days.

    If that is the case, a member of the Xbox Support staff will be along soon and they may be able to retrieve your code.

    If you were never sent the code, and believe you should have received it, it may have just been a glitch and again, Xbox Support will be along to lend a hand in getting you your code.

    The code can take 10 days, so if I were you, I'd wait another day just to be on the safe side.

    If it hasn't arrived after that, post back here.
