    Anytime I attempt to download a new theme/gamer picture from the Xbox Store, it gives me the error code: 8C010003 as soon as I choose one. I've deleted an expired card used for my payments, and added a new card that is actively used. I read that it could
    have been the issue, but I am still unable to download themes. What could be the issue here?

    I'm not sure if this will help you at all but I was getting the same error code and I don't use a credit card at all, I use Paypal. I got tired of trying to do it through the console and instead just downloaded what I wanted from the website. Mind you,
    I was purchasing games so that may have been different from themes

    I get the same error code, I've cleared my system cache, verified my payment info. I've even seen the charge go through. I read somewhere some games only work when their bought offline rather than on xbox live. If I buy a game on xbox live will I have to
    rebuy the game online?
