    87de07d1 launching skype since Friday last week


    I'd been using Skype on my Xbox One for a while, and then towards the end of last week, thursday or friday, it started giving me the 87de07d1 error. I did a hard restart of the xbox just to make sure, still got the error. There's a button to show me the
    item in the store but no button for any kind of assistance (so you have to manually write down the error, type in the status url, etc, which would seem kinda daft in 2004 never mind 2014). If I go to the store it immediately comes back with "content unavailable".

    I also can't use the Amazon app right now. I checked my account status, it's in good standing. I did the network tests, they say everything is fine, I can browse with IE from it. The only thing I can't do is ... anything I need the xbox for. I put in a ticket
    but haven't heard anything back.

    Skype and twitch not working....

    I often use Skype and twitch a lot. Last weeks both stopped working and I can't uninstall. Very frustration of all the problems. Some fix on apps not launching and can't be uninstall??

    Skype Unavailable

    Still happening to me.

    1. Start xbox one,

    2. Sign in,

    3. Launch skype,

    4. Immediate error 87de07d1 with option to go to store,

    5. Select "see in xbox store"

    6. Immediate "content isn't available" error.

    Why is Xbox One support on-par with the low level of service we saw with Win 3.11? No hyperlinks in the UI that let you look up an error. Maybe the team didn't think this whole internet thing would catch on?

    Same issue here on a Windows 10 and a Windows 11 system. Issue was noticed since last friday.

    Seems to be a bug in updates of last week.

    Hello, I have a problem with game pass games.

    Same issue here. I have been an Xbox Game Pass holder since it came out. Last week everything was fine, I was able to launch games. Not sure when or what happened but since Friday (when I had time to game) I have not been able to launch a single game. Nothing happens. No error messages, nothing. I have I as well have tried everything I could find in other forums. I have removed re-keys to rebuild and performed a repair on the app, uninstalled/re-installed, Rebooted. Everything... nothing.

    Did you get the ban June 23rd, 2017 and it's for two weeks?

    How can you finished it last Friday when you got the ban last Friday and its two weeks? Plus only one week has passed (since today is June 30th) so that would mean that the ban would be over July 7th then, which means you have one more week left.

    That's if I am understanding this right about you getting the ban on June 23rd 2017 for 2 weeks and you "finished" it already after being on the ban for one week.

    Other than that, go to the links that the other's have posted about talking to the Enforcement team.
