80158113 code comes up when downloading

So I have been trying to download Call of Duty Classic on the XBox360. It downloads to 79% then it shows 0% and jumps to 78% then goes to 79% and repeats back to 0% and through the same cycle about 3 - 4 times until code 80158113 comes up.

I have tried a lot of things in the past week. Clearing the cache. Deleting the partial download and restarting it again. Format the hard drive and the list goes on. Does anyone have some wisdom that could help me out. I bought a game that will not
download.

If I manage to get through this, i will post what I did. So far its been a little irritating with no answers from Microsoft.

Me too I have tried downloading Madden 12 where it goes to 80% and back to zero about 6 times now, tried most of the remedies you did to all in one day I've had it. I'm leading to believe it might be a marketplace issue right now that will blow over hopefully,
but if there is any other help let us know.
