8015190A Xbox 360 Credential Error

Hi there! I'm trying to sign into my account on 360 but it won't work, telling me there's a problem with my credentials. I have 2 step verification on and I use the app passwords, but it still doesn't work. I tried contacting Microsoft but I can't find the issue to get the number. I've both cleared my system cache and factory reset (though I made sure to keep all the important stuff on a USB). Any ideas?

Looks like the only solution to this error code is to make a change to your avatar. Any avatar change will do because the change causes the service to sync your account for your profile.

You must not understand, i can't download my profile in the first place, due to an error with credentials apparently when they all work. Error code 8015190A
