    800700E8 Error on Xbox 360


    Hi eveyone, this is my first time writing here to ask something.

    I have been an user of Xbox since years and this is the first that I'm having a trouble with my Xbox 360. My dad has in his account some games but he can't download them (Like Marvel vs. Capcom 2 or Super Street Fighter 2 THD), the error that appears is
    the 800700E8. We already cleaned the cache, tried to change the DNS from manual to automatic, we deactivated the parental control... and still nothing.

    Is there any solution for that? My dad wants to enjoy some classics at this point.
