I had a similar issue before, here's how I fixed it : Create a new profile and then log in on Xbox, go to the store and download the app you need, then switch back to your original profile and go to your apps and games and launch the app.

yes. iPhone 7plus. I can’t view my recent captures via the app. However I can view everybody else’s on the main community home screen. This has been like this for a while and now it’s starting to annoy me a little.
