7days to die glitch

For some reason when I tried to download the game 7 Days To Die it downloaded to four percent and stopped and said, “CHECK YOUR DISC

Your disc might be dirty or damaged. Try cleaning it or choose a different disc.”

And when I check the disc it is clean and without scratches. I also forgot to mention that I am downloading it after deleting it to regain storage. So what do I do?

Hello. If it’s not a problem with the disc, then it’s a potential problem with your xbox. Have you tried hard resetting it?

You can check the game version to make sure you are both playing the same version of the game.
Also search for the server name, navigate in-game to the “server” tab and enter the server name in the search bar.
Make Sure to Use the P2P Option When searching for the server, select the P2P option and search for your friend's username.

If you don't see your friend's server, refresh the list several times.
