    75hz support for Xbox Series X/S


    Hi there,

    I got a 1080p monitor with 75hz refresh rate along with an Xbox Series X. Knowing that the Series X can support 60 and 120hz refresh rates up to 4K, I'm wondering why there's no support for 75hz. I figured there might be a number of people who also have 75hz monitors and an option to run 75hz on the Series X/S would be quite beneficial to us folks. Right now, all my games are locked to 60hz/ 60 fps only, which is not bad, but I feel it's not using the full potential of my monitor since 75hz is not supported.

    I hope Xbox/ Microsoft will release an update that enables 75hz support in the future. That'd be great.

    Xbox One X doesn't support 75hz, you'll only get 60hz out of it.

    what i can gather is hdmi 1.4 supports 1080p at 120hz and 1440p at 75hz so it will run with series x but you will be stuck at 1440/60hz most likely.

    now if the series x had display port that would solve the issue.

    most games will be targeting 60fps on 1440 and 4k anyway on the series x with some varying degree.

    My mouse wobbles in every video game. It has a signal rate of 1000hz like every gamer but the xbox series x only supports 125hz.

    I tryed a wired mous but it was the same. I youse the logitech g502 lightspeed mous on the xbox series x Witze a Lenovo monitor fhd 27zoll 75hz. Why wobbles it.

    While 75Hz used to be a popular refresh for PC, it's not anymore and it's never been a refresh rate for console due to most users connected to TV's.

    It's not like you'll be missing a great deal, Xbox One games are max 60Hz and Series games top out at 120Hz for which you'll need a compatible TV/Monitor.
