$75 Xbox Promo

After talking with Xbox support (via live chat) I was told I would receive this promotion, middle of august has come and gone so I contacted them again. They told me no, I contacted phone support, the support was better but still not so much. I am asking
Microsoft to live up to their word here. I was told I would receive this credit by an agent, can I please get some help?

$75 xbox promo - not received

I have still not received the $75 promo credit OR any correspondence regarding it.



Here is the information you requested to proceed:





Promotion Details: I received the Xbox one upgrade promo on July 8th stating that if I upgraded to an Xbox one before the end of July and activated it on my account that I would receive a $75 promo credit.

Date of Purchase: I purchased the Xbox one brand new at eb games on July 9th and immediately went home and activated it with my profile

Promo Items not received: The $75 promo credit that I was offered

This offer was sent to users on their Xbox 360 console. Since you did not receive this message on your 360 console and did not purchase your Xbox One console between the dates stated in the Terms and Conditions, you do not meet the qualifications for this
offer. I'm sorry to hear about any confusion that was caused with this promotion, but you have to meet all of the qualifications to be eligible.

I was told by a Microsoft employee I would be receiving this credit all the same. I expect Microsoft to stick to its word. Anything else is just plain unacceptable.

 

As stated, you do not meet the qualifications for this promotion. You had to receive this message on your Xbox 360 console and upgrade to the Xbox One within the stated time frame. If you have any
