    Hi i received a message on my 360 dashboard monday telling me i had been selected has one of your best customers to get 75$ credit if i bought an xbox one so i went and bought one today. Signed in with my gamertag on my new console and did not received
    a confirmation. I cant find the offer anymore in my dashboard but i read online its not valid in canada? If so im returning my xbox one and lost me as a customer for bad business practices.

    The offer is available in both Canada and the UK. Simply connect the console and set it as your Home console (don't forget to register it). The code is not sent out immediately but (according to the Terms and Conditions) by August the 15th.

    Just be patient and sit back and wait, and enjoy the new console.

    My lack of faith was misplaced... code received a bit late, but received! DHG, it may be that you got the x-box before you were sent a promo message to your 360 console, in which case there was no offer 75$ xbox one upgrade canada :(
