    $75 Upgrade Promotion


    Sorry to be posting yet another one of these, but I was directed by the support team to do so. I saw the promotion on my 360 Dashboard and bought an Xbox One on July 20th, which was my birthday. It's the last day of the promotion and I have had no contact
    confirming that I am going to receive the $75 to my account, and wanted to make sure this was documented somewhere. I have it registered (just managed to do that now) and set the console to my home console about a week ago when I first booted it up. Is everything
    okay? When should I be receiving the $75?

    I do not believe earning the promotion has anything to do with registering the console (but it helps for the warranty), but setting it as your Home console was the correct thing to do.

    You will not receive any sort of confirmation for this but the Terms and Conditions of the offer have stated that you would receive the $75 code to your gamertag's inbox by the 15th of August.

    Just an update. Today is the fifteenth and I still hate receive nothing from Microsoft, not even a notification. I'll update if and when I actually receive the code.

    I have not received any code yet either. I have 2 Xbox 360's and an Xbox One within my household. Microsoft has always backed their product in the past. After opening that advertisement on my 360 dashboard, I would think they would have sent the $75 digital
    code by now.

    False advertising jus to get us to buy a Xbox one BS.. I'll give this till 11pm before I talk to the family lawyer been waiting all day ......not even worry about it really any more because am selling this Xbox and get the cod warfare one in November

    It's 9:06 PM where I am right now, I have gotten multiple messages from XBL, and the messages all have something in common, I receive the messages between 8:50 PM and 11:00 PM with the average time being at 9:50 ish, that's 10 different messages btw so don't
    lose hope just yet guys. I'll post if I receive it tonight.
