    So today my brother got a code for $75 and I learned it was for upgrading to xbox one yet we each got on xbox one the exact same day. Yet I have yet to get my code... can anyone help me with this?

    That offer was only for people who received it on the dashboard of their Xbox 360 console. If you did not receive the offer then you are not eligible for the credit.

    Sorry it's only for whichever gamertag received it. The fact that you both play on the same console does not matter.

    ^It seems unlikely that we're eligible for the promotion, if seeing the banner ad on one's 360 was a requirement for eligibility, as several posts in other threads and one by Kingq2009 mention it as well.

    One can hope against hope, and contact support, but generally speaking if we're ineligible, that's pretty much that.
