    I as well purchased xbox one as part of the promotion and have not received the promotion. As a 9 year xbox live member (gamertag ) I would have thought I would have been taken care of and wouldn't have to result to posting on forums to get this taken
    care of. Looks like I'm not the only one. Please review and apply credit to my account.

    Promotion Details: I received the Xbox one upgrade promo on July 8th stating that if I upgraded to an Xbox one before the end of July and activated it on my account that I would receive a $75 promo credit.

    Date of Purchase: I purchased the Xbox one brand new at eb games on July 9th and immediately went home and activated it with my profile

    Promo Items not received: The $75 promo credit that I was offered

    Thanks for a private message that just stated the original terms and conditions upon which I believed I completed successfully, but yall state I did not fulfill exactly the right way.

    I purchased the xbox one in july based on this promotion. It is a good console so I will continue to play games on it, but I will make sure to let others know when new promotions are given to be very, very leery that Microsoft may not honor what they committed
    to. I'm just surprised that after being loyal to yall for 9+ years this is how I have been treated. Also wish I would have waited another month and I would have MAYBE QUALIFIED for the current promotion.

    Let's use 's money to fund a $2 billion purchase of minecraft. That's how i look at this, GREEDY PIGS!

    I did not receive the credits

    keep in mind it takes up to 75 days to receive credits after referring a friend to gold. Also make sure they did not use prepaid cards as those are not eligible.
    2 things:

    1. I previously indicated a friend who signed the Gold with a 25-digit card, and we received the credits.

    2. We received the credits within a few days of signing.
