75$ promo

I was instructed by the Xbox support team to create a thread about my inquiry for the 75$ credit off an xbox one. I've been a 360 owner since 2006 and was wondering if I didn't receive the message on my dash board if I'm eligible. I will go buy an xbox one
right now if so. If not, I'd like to know why. Also, if not I'd like to throw in my two cents on why a random selected promotion isn't good for business as some customers who have been loyal to the brand will feel as if they aren't cared about.

Sorry but the offer was available only to those people who received the ad on their 360 console. It was made to random people on Live only.

What country is your tag set to and what country do you live in? Do they match? You can check your currency balance at commerce.microsoft.com.
