I got an ad about buying an xbox 1 and getting 75 dollars in my account but I already got an xbox one on release and I chatted with them and they told me to post that I haven't or my code here.

Someone else who uses the word 'loyalty' in place of 'satisfied' in an attempt to imply entitlement. Sorry, but that's a load of steamy. Being satisfied enough to stick with a product rather than moving on to another is not the same as loyalty...
if you want loyalty, get a dog. Otherwise, you've been nothing more than 'another satisfied customer' just like any other.

I've had Xbox Live since it came out. I've bought every system and have stayed loyal i've always had automatic renewal every year - So have I... with the only exception being my
XBL started when Halo 2 released.

i don't believe this was handled right, i should have the 75$ AT-LEAST -
If the other response (forgot who posted it) is correct in that this offer expired in July, then NO... If you didn't qualify for whatever reason, then you didn't qualify, it was handled right, and you should not. Simple as that.

is not about loyalty and if you had been dissatisfied enough before this, you would have moved on to another console. Nobody keeps buying products from a company out of a sense of loyalty if they aren't satisfied with it. That's just silly and reeks of more

I'm not asking for a hand out. i'm upset at the fact that i've probably spent over thousands of dollars for there products and systems services and games yet, people that are buying a One now with 100$ cheaper are getting free hand outs. You don't feel upset
at all in anyway if you were in my position? Maybe $75 isn't alot compared for how much i've spent with Xbox and Microsoft but it would be a nice gesture of "Hey, Thanks for being a loyal customer" but when i see people that are just buying it or any old random
people getting $75 from them it upsets me a bit i apologize if you cant see where im coming from.
