i've been facing problems in deposting the credit in my acc , and ive post thats im facing a problems in updating my billing.. etc.. some of Microsoft team told me in my old post that the only way to fix it, its to opt out wait 2days and opt in 2 days
and it will be fixed , and it fixed but my old credit r gone so im requesting it, as he said in the old post, post a new post f its fixed so im posting hoping that I get my credit back thanks for reading . MY GT ( )

Still Waiting For Help

I've made two posts about how the enforcement team suspended my account from October 17-24 and despite being told by XBLPET Theta that it would last only 24 hrs it went the whole week. Well it's October 30th and I can't be heard by anyone in game chat or
parties. Xbox live reps said that it's a enforcement team issue. Why is this happening and why have I yet to be helped? This is my third post about it. This is ridiculous.

Iv waited over 6months and i still have nothing

Still I may complain. But I heard about this game over 6monthes before it came out I waited eagerly to play. Thanks for the help

Also, if you have a family pack, you can remove one from the family, have them purchase 12months of live, wait 5 days, bring them back into the family pack, their 12month subscription will be cut in half to 6months and then 6months will go to each person
in the family pack. This can be done four times before you cant do it again. I hope this helps.
