How to use the Graphical User Interface (GUI)

1-Click Start and then My Computer.

2-Right-click the drive to run a scan disk, and then select Properties.

3-Click the Tools tab in the Properties window.

4-Click check on error checking. To perform a full hard drive scan for errors, check both options in the Check Disk pop-up window.

-Click the Start button to start the process. If you are checking a hard drive with open files, an error message appears stating that Windows cannot scan the disk while it is in use. Click Schedule Disk check. The computer will reboot and scan the disk before Windows Vista starts up.

1-CHKDSK can also be run using the command-line prompt (DOS).

Final Fantasy XI installs about 6GB of stuff, and it can only be uninstalled from within the Play Online software. The 6GB of stuff it installs does not show up under any of the folders on the drive when viewed from the Dashboard.

Having the same issue with them here also. Have done the reinstall after uninstall and cleared the cache nothing is resolving the issue.

Windows 10 64 bit running on AMD A8-6500 with 6GB of ram.

I just had the same issue without uninstalling the game from game pass on PC

I say this post on Redit which tells me that PGI screwed up.
