    I did'nt receive my 600 rainbow six siege credits as announced when I purchased the season pass.

    I wrote to Nabil F who mentioned your department would credit my account. I'm not satisfied by the fact that I didn't get what I paid for. Hope you'll find a solution.

    I recently purchased rainbow six siege advanced edition. Which promises 600 credits and 10 packs. None of which I have received.

    Problem with payment in game

    so I play rainbow six siege and ended up buying 1200 credits and then another 600 credits straight after, I have the conformation emails and both codes but the credits haven't come through in game, can someone please help me

    Hello Murat,

    We understand that you're confused about the contact page, and we're here to help.

    After choosing an option for a system, in this case we'll choose Xbox One. You will see an option for games and applications, choose this as this simply leads to the contact options.

    After selecting this, a third step will appear and below that a grey box indicating Show Contact Options. This will then provide two corresponding boxes for contact.

    Try doing this and let us know the results.

    Hello Murat,

    Sorry for the issue with page. When you get to Step one select Xbox one. Step 2 says ask a question, under where it is highlighted in green ask a question click on see other options.

    You will see 4 categories (My account, games and apps, Xbox and accessories, password and security) under my account select subscription changes. Then a box saying show contact options highlighted in grey appears click that box. Now you should see chat with
    support or request a call from support select request a call.
