    I have spent over £60 this month, but still my progress bar is at 0??? It's been way over 96 hours now and I'm worried something is wrong. I only really spent the £60 for the extra star

    Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP, and therefore not eligible for the VIP Boost offer. This is mentioned in both our MyVIP FAQ:



    What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

    Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar
    items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

    February star for £60 spent

    hi when i looked at my rewards in February it said because i came so close if i spend £60 more i February i will get to the next star rank so i ended up spending probably £100 more in February to make sure i got it. Looked on the 1st of March and it said
    please check back on the 7th your star rank is under construction, so i waited and looked and its gone back to what its always been and hasn't given me the next star rank.
